Welsh oil painting on board depicting sardines or mackerel in a kitchen table setting  accredited to and from the estate of Pauline Salmon (1927-2022).Proof of origin available upon request. 

The painting and board shows signs of age with some peeling paint and bend in the board. Glazed framing is recommended if you are not aiming for a raw rustic finish. 

Salmon was part of the circle of artists including Sir Kyffyn Williams and painted a variety of subjects and was based in the Colwyn Bay area of North Wales.
